Fix Export germplasms for plant material format. MCPD export is working and will be enabled when data available.

This change allows for distinguish with /assets directory/path used in
faidare-search app, hence makes Apache redirection working.

also fix the error page, which was used veen for template errors and thus embedded the error page inside the partially rendered requested page. A custom error page is now only used for 4xx and 5xx errors.

springfox is unmaintained, and doesn't work with Spring Boot, so this commit replaces it with springdoc
